Psychology

Brief
This editorial personal project explores burnout as a progressive system: from digital overstimulation, to compulsive coping behaviors, to a biological threshold where stress begins to lose coherence and survival energy remerges.

Brief
Social media encourage us to share achievements, milestones and carefully curated moments. While these platforms create opportunities for connection, they also foster a culture of constant comparison, where visibility often becomes confused with personal value. This self-initiated editorial project explores how the pursuit of online validation can reinforce impostor syndrome and the fear of no longer being successful enough.
Concept
Rather than illustrating impostor syndrome through facial expressions alone, I wanted to create a visual metaphor that could communicate instability at first glance. The house of cards became the central symbol: every card represents a social media post, a professional achievement or a carefully curated version of ourselves. The higher the structure grows, the more fragile it becomes.
